Trudi is Co-Director of the Oxford-Hyundai Motor Group Foresight Centre and Director of the Oxford Scenarios Programme at the Said Business School. Previous roles include Director of Strategic Foresight at the World Economic Forum, and Consultant for Strategic Foresight at the OECD. She holds a PhD (DPhil, Management Studies) from the University of Oxford.
Her research focuses on scenarios and foresight and how they inform strategy; the interconnection of organisational identity and strategy; and collaborative strategy, including building new social capital.
She will be involved in the Oxford EARTH project co-leading a futures forum. The forum will bring stakeholders together to explore the future of critical minerals and sustainable resource management as part of shaping the programme’s agenda, and catalysing new collaborations.
